I paid but Plus isn't showing up.

Almost always fixed by tapping Restore Purchases. Here's how to get your Plus access back.

Short version — This is almost always fixed by tapping Restore Purchases in the app. Your Plus access is tied to the Apple account you paid with, so the most common cause is being signed into a different account than the one used to subscribe.

Restore your purchase

  1. Make sure your iPhone is signed into the same Apple account you paid with (Settings → your name).
  2. Open Habitville and make sure you're signed into your Habitville account — the same one you used when you subscribed.
  3. Go to Settings → Manage Plus (or Restore Purchases).
  4. Tap Restore Purchases.
  5. Give it a few seconds — Plus should switch on.

You'll need an internet connection, since this verifies your purchase with Apple.

Still not showing? Check these

  • Did the charge actually go through? A purchase that's still pending — for example waiting on Ask to Buy approval, or a card that was declined — won't unlock Plus until it clears. Check Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or your emailed App Store receipt.
  • Subscribed on a different Apple account? Sign into that account on your iPhone, then restore.
  • Two Habitville accounts? If you once signed up with email and another time with Apple, Plus lives on the account you actually paid with. Sign into that one.
  • Bought through Family Sharing? Plus is linked to the Apple account that made the purchase — sign into that account to restore it.
