How do I cancel my Plus subscription?

Cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings in under a minute. Your habits, streaks and village are never deleted.

Short version — Habitville Plus is billed through your Apple account, so you cancel it in your iPhone's Settings — not inside the app. It takes under a minute, and your habits, streaks and village are never deleted.

Because Apple manages all App Store billing, we can't cancel (or refund) a subscription on your behalf. But the steps below do it for you.

Cancel from your iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the very top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Habitville.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If there's no “Cancel Subscription” button, your subscription is already cancelled — you're all set.

Prefer the App Store? Open it, tap your profile photo (top right), tap Subscriptions, then Habitville → Cancel Subscription.

What happens after you cancel

  • You keep Plus until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't cut you off immediately, and there's no partial refund for the unused time.
  • Nothing is deleted. Your habits, full history and your whole village stay exactly as they are.
  • If you're tracking more than 5 habits when Plus ends, your extra habits are kept safe but paused — you can choose which ones stay active under the free limit, and everything comes straight back if you resubscribe.

Common questions

I was charged again after cancelling.

A renewal usually means the cancellation happened after the renewal date for that period. Double-check that you're signed into the same Apple account you originally subscribed with, then look at your Subscriptions list to confirm Habitville shows as cancelled.

I don't see Habitville in my Subscriptions.

You're likely signed into a different Apple account than the one used to subscribe. Switch to that account and check again.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not by us. Email hello@habitville.co and we'll point you to the right steps.

Will I lose my streak?

No. Your streak and history are tied to your account, not your subscription. See why streaks reset if yours has changed.
